How to sell subscriptions and memberships for software, Discord access and game servers
Any Skalp product can run on a recurring plan. The buyer subscribes once, renews automatically and keeps access while they pay. When the plan ends, Skalp removes the access for you: the license stops passing the check, the Discord role is taken away and the take-back command runs on your server.
What you can sell on a plan
- Software and script licenses billed monthly or yearly.
- Paid Discord membership, with a role the subscriber gets when the plan starts and loses when it ends.
- VIP and supporter tiers on a game server. How in-game delivery works.
- Access to updates, courses or private downloads.
Renewals that do not leak revenue
If a renewal payment fails, the buyer sees an open invoice and can pay it with any card. That card is then used for future renewals, and an overdue payment is retried on it straight away. While the payment is being retried, the subscriber keeps the license, the Discord role and the in-game perk. Buyers manage everything in their library, where each plan shows its next renewal date.
Cancelling
A buyer who cancels keeps access until the end of the period they paid for. Nothing is cut off early and nobody has to open a ticket to leave.

Do I get notified about renewals and cancellations?
